Transport Fever 3 releases on September 29, 2026. That date was announced on August 25, 2026 alongside the opening of pre-orders, and it has not moved since.

No demo, no beta
If you want to try before you buy, the honest answer is that you cannot. There is no demo on any storefront and no beta to sign up for. The only public hands-on happened at Gamescom 2026, where visitors could play a show-floor build.
Pre-order and loyalty discount
Pre-orders are open. Owners of Transport Fever 2 get a loyalty discount, with two restrictions that catch people out: it applies only to the digital Standard or Deluxe Edition, and only on the platform where you already own the previous game.
The loyalty discount does not apply to the Collector's Edition. Urban Games explained that the Collector's Edition sells through an external shop, where it cannot reliably verify which platform you own Transport Fever 2 on.
What happens on launch day

- The campaign and the sandbox both open up.
- Reviews lift, so hands-on performance numbers become available for the first time.
